Tech Tip

Avoid a tug of war with a fish near or under your boat: stick the rod tip in the water to clear the boat, and let the reel drag do the work !!!

If your monofilament line develops twist, you csn straighten it by removing all the gear and tackle from it and drag it behind a moving boat...

There's a simple rule for fighting large strong fish, especially on light tackle: when the fish pulls you don't;

when the fish doesn't pull, you do !!!
